Dana Turjman Zreiqat represents clients in a range of corporate and transactional matters. Dana’s aim is to serve her clients with excellence and diligence while maintaining a pragmatic approach to achieving her client’s goals.
ABOUT
Dana graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Economics and in Arabic, Armenian, Persian, Turkish and Islamic Studies. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. In 2015, Dana obtained her Juris Doctor degree, graduating magna cum laude and in the top 5% of her class. Upon graduating, she was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society recognizing her high attainments in the study of law.

Prior to starting Turjman Law, PLLC, Dana joined the international law firm of Hogan Lovells US LLP as an associate in 2015, working in the firm’s Miami office on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters until 2022. While at Hogan Lovells, Dana represented domestic and international clients. She advised clients in a range of practice areas including M&A, commercial transactions, joint ventures, project financing, development and construction, and general corporate matters. Dana represented clients across different industries, including manufacturing, energy, infrastructure and nonprofit.
In addition to her legal career, Dana is one of the founders of City on a Hill Legal Ministry, Inc., a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to serving immigrants in the Miami metropolitan area. She also serves as the organization’s President and sits on the board of directors of the nonprofit.

Represented a U.S. beverage company in drafting and negotiating the company’s distribution agreements with its international distributors.
Represented a non-U.S. fertilizer manufacturer in drafting a U.S. law governed boron supply agreement.
Represented manufacturing companies in reviewing and improving their purchase order terms and conditions.
Represented a medevac services joint venture in drafting and negotiating a joint venture agreement.
Represented start-up nonprofits in corporate formation, organization, and corporate governance matters.
Represented non-U.S. clients on foreign direct investments into the United States, including drafting corporate formation and organizational documents.
Represented a joint venture company in connection with the financing, development, and construction of solar plants in El Salvador.
Represented an independent power producer in connection with the sale of assets to a public utility of a wind-powered electric generating facility of approximately 66 MW.
